Tadpoles (Older 2’s)

The tadpoles have been planting sunflower seeds and talking about what they need to grow. We went to the nature garden and did some digging in preparation for our flowers.

We are going to be looking at different people who help us as well as taking a walk down to the local police station and talking about good and bad choices!
If any parents work with the community and would like to talk to the children about their job please speak to Ella to arrange a time to come in!

Please be aware…

We have had some cases of head lice. Please be sure to check your child’s hair regularly to prevent them spreading.

Frogs (3yrs+)

We have been focusing on the story The Three Little Pigs – we tested making homes with various different materials and used a fan to see if we could blow them down – we also huffed and puffed ourselves to see if we could blow them down.

We are now looking at water and animals that live under the sea. We are exploring objects that float and sink and have been making our own boats. We have also been looking at shells – if you have any at home you’d like to show us please bring them in!
