Located on the historic and infamous Kings Street its has been refurbished whist keeping its historic  character  to create the state of the art nursery in Bristol City Centre. It’s a stone throw away from the famous Old Vic, few minutes walk from queens square and few minute drive for Clifton.

Due to its city centre location it has excellent transport links in and out of the city and is short walk to Temple meads station. Its convenient location for those parents working and living in the city centre.

We understand that working in the city centre you may have to work later- so that’s why we are registered from 7am- 9pm. Its particular helpful for those Doctors and nurses at the BRI.

There is a pram store with keypad access so parents can leave their buggies here safely.

Not only is it on a historical street it has some impressive features; Forest room, soft play, children’s den and terrace to name a few…. Further to this, we are working in partnership with the Wild place and the Zoo so we have regular trips to go and see the animals that extend the children’s outdoor leaning from babies to pre-school.

With Queen Square a short walk away we regularly go over there for snack and a story under the trees.

Bristol City Centre Nursery aims to…

  • Provide clear boundaries in terms of acceptable behaviour, develop children’s moral understanding and use encouragement and praise as rewards for good behaviour.
  • Build each child’s self-esteem together with mutual care and respect for others.
  • Value each child as an individual with its own needs and personality.
  • Encourage a positive attitude with respect towards race, religions, gender and disabilities within the nursery environment by practising our equal opportunities policy.
